When you book a call or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, phone, your chosen time slot and any notes. We also collect basic, aggregated usage data (such as pages visited) to improve the site.

We use your information to schedule and run your call, respond to your enquiry, send the calendar invite and meeting link, and, only where permitted, to follow up about Hoot. We do not sell your personal data.
Where it is processed
Call scheduling uses Google Calendar and Google Meet to create your meeting. These services process the minimum data needed to deliver those functions.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Contact us and we will respond within the period the law that applies to you requires.
Security
We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, and limit access to those who need it to serve you.
